Maranton House is a small, family run Georgian hotel located on a leafy side street off Earl's Court Road in Kensington, West London. To drive to the hotel from Heathrow airport, take the M4 towards London. Stay on this road all the way into London until South Kensington. Turn right into the Earls Court Road then turn left into Barkston Gardens.
